Welcome to Koji Attire! We are committed to providing a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 3 calendar days after receiving the item. If this period has passed, we will not be able to process the return.
2.Terms and Conditions
REQUIRED CONDITION: An UNBOXING VIDEO (REQUIRED) from the beginning before opening the package, showing the complete seal and tracking number. The item must be in the same condition as when received, unused, and in its original packaging. For damaged or defective items, we will arrange a replacement after the item is returned and inspected. Items that have been opened from their sealed packaging cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Return Process
Contact our customer service via WhatsApp at 6285179908165 to get a return authorization number (RMA) and further instructions. Pack the item well, include a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase, and the RMA number inside the package. Send the item to the return address provided by our customer service team.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be covered by us if the received item is defective or wrongly sent by us. If the item is returned in damaged condition or does not meet the requirements, repair or return costs will be borne by the customer.
5. Product Exchange
After we receive and inspect the item, we will process the return within 7-10 business days. Product exchanges will be made thereafter.
6. Non-returnable Items
Items purchased at a discount or during certain promotional programs cannot be returned. Items that have been used, worn, or are in dirty condition cannot be returned.
